September 2005 wurde an der Urne beschlossen, die geltende Schwyzer Kantonsverfassung einer Totalrevision zu unterziehen. Tatsache ist, dass das Stimmvolk damit nur den Auftrag erteilt hat, einmal eine Auslegeordnung und einen Vorschlag f\u00fcr eine m\u00f6gliche neue Verfassung zu machen. Noch nicht \u201eja&#8220; gesagt hat es aber zu einer neuen Verfassung an sich. Inzwischen liegt diese vor. Es ist klar, dass man ihr nur dann zustimmen kann, wenn sie insgesamt besser ist als die alte. Nur eine bessere und zeitgem\u00e4ssere Systematik und elegantere sprachliche Formulierungen reichen jedoch nicht.
